About this retreat
Me-Yo Akademie is a holistic yoga teacher training school based in Germany.
Our programs combine traditional yoga philosophy with modern approaches to embodiment, nervous system regulation and mindful movement.
We offer internationally recognized teacher trainings including:
• 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
• 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
Our trainings support students in deepening their personal practice while developing confident and authentic teaching skills.
The Me-Yo Akademie focuses on a modern, integrative approach to yoga that connects body awareness, breath, mindfulness and personal development.
Students who complete a verified training with our school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT).
