Ekagra signifies a mind unified on a single point. As per Patanjali, it denotes a mind fully focused and concentrated on a singular object. At Ekagra Yoga School, we uphold the belief that every student possesses the potential to attain this mental state within their lifetime through adequate perseverance and patience. We advocate that yoga is not exclusive to a select few but is accessible to all seekers of clarity, balance, and peace.
Ekagra Yoga School is created and lead by Jane "EnerJane" Zolkina and holds Yoga Teacher Trainings all over the world, including USA, Mexico and South Africa.
Ekagra Yoga School holds accreditation as a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, indicating adherence to the organization’s standards. Completion of a certified training program at our school may qualify students for registration as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) with Yoga Alliance.
