About this retreat
Divine Light Yoga is a Registered Yoga School offering 95-Hour Children's Yoga Teacher Training intensives world wide and online. Based in Hong Kong and leading trainings in Bali, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore.
Lead teacher, Laura, is playful, inspiring and supportive both on and off the mat and our approach to children's yoga is holistic, educational and creative, combining all elements of yoga philosophy, movement, breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness with key teaching techniques including art, music, dance, story-telling, writing and play.
Laura shares her 25-years experience of education, yoga and family support throughout the training so that trainees can leave feeling confident, knowledgeable and empowered to teach children's yoga and mindfulness immediately after completing this course.
