Coastal Bliss Yoga School is committed to deepening your relationship to the art and science of yoga. Our 200 hr Yoga Alliance Registered Training will inspire you to develop and deepen your yoga practice and build a relationship with personal sadhana while providing you with the skills necessary to teach others. It is led by four experienced faculty, each holding the designation of E-RYT 500, specializing in the fields of Yoga History and Philosophy, Anatomy, Biomechanics, Teaching Methodologies, and Living Yoga.

Coastal Bliss Yoga School is a thriving, community and student led yoga school, focused on building courageous studentship and skillful pedagogical skills to cultivate a cooperative approach to learning, leadership, and community, This 300 hr YTT is designed to cultivate compassionate leadership and offer teachers and practitioners the skills to articulate individual creative expression and to expand practice and teaching repertoires to include modalities such as: Yin, Restorative Yoga, Ayurveda, Trauma-informed training, Meditation, Chair Yoga, Culturally-informed training, and Introduction to Sound Theory. 300 hr trainees will continue to refine their knowledge of functional anatomy, class planning and sequencing, the business of yoga, and receive guidance on creating content for workshops, series, and retreats.
