The appleyoga academy offers the highest quality trainings throughout the year for practicing yogis, teacher trainees and yoga teachers. Both the 200hr Program and 500hr Program provide an inspiring journey for trainees and teachers alike, guiding them in their development and experience. We pride ourselves in upholding the highest standard in training yoga teachers and present multi diverse trainings offering many different skills inside being a yoga teacher. With a vast range of trainings, training retreats and workshops on offer, students are invited to deepen their knowledge and understanding of yoga in a contemporary and cutting edge approach, whilst exploring and staying true to roots of yoga. appleyoga academy is led by Katy Appleton and her luminous colleagues, who together bring years of experience and expertise in each field, offering the highest quality education. Our 200hr Program consists of: applecore I - The Architecture of Asana applecore II - Attuning to the Inner Landscape Level I Teacher Training Our 500hr Program consists of: applecore I - The Architecture of Asana applecore II - Attuning to the Inner Landscape Level I Teacher Training Meditation & Yoga TTC Yoga & Ayurveda TTC Nada Yoga & Kirtan TTC Our Pre & Postnatal Trainings consists of: Pre & Postnatal Yoga TTC Doula Training Birth Preparation Training
