With the goal of bringing health, happiness, and harmony to the mankind, Adiyogam was established.
Adiyogam is a registered yoga school with Yoga alliance, which designates this Hatha Vinyasa ( a unique combination of Hatha+ Vinyasa) 200 Hr teacher training programme one which follows yoga alliance standards.
We urge everyone who come to our authentic Yoga school to be in sync with nature and learn about many ways that it may improve our health, and well-being and also relationships. Back to the roots is an Adiyogam concept for living that emphasises connectedness to nature.
At Adiyogam, our collective efforts are focused on fostering community, promoting mindful movement, and promoting wellness. incorporating the awareness learned from mat practise into the practise of living.
Adiyogam offers Hatha Vinyasa Yoga teacher training TTC 200 hr, with Iyengar methodology to connect the knowledge of east with that of west.
