About this retreat
This specialty 200-hour school addresses TRAUMA. A specialty RYS with a special emphasis in trauma and diversity informed and mindfulness-based practice with a focus on the teacher qualities needed to effectively work with specialty populations: including those facing homelessness, poverty, abuse, addiction, incarceration and reentry.
About OG Yoga
OG Yoga delivers yoga across the systems serving those in need to support resilience, self-development and positive social change. Transforming lives holistically through the physical and mindfulness aspects of Yoga so that vulnerable members of our community reclaim their bodies and minds from the trauma of their past and thrive. Creating a universal understanding of how Yoga can be a particularly effective tool for trauma survivors on their long and complex path to recovery.
