Study with the expert team at My Vinyasa Practice, a Yoga Alliance-approved Registered Yoga School (RYS). Led by Michelle Young, a certified Yoga Therapist specializing in Cardiac, Cancer, Eating Recovery, & Behavioral Health, the program is supported by a team of experienced instructors including Ana Pilar E-RYT 500/C-IAYT, Tara Cleven E-RYT 500/C-IAYT, Maire McGlasson E-RYT 500, and Sue Goodly E-RYT 500.
Certification
My Vinyasa Practice is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance. Students who complete the program may register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).
